By accessing store.purplepepperfarms.net or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Products & Availability

We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or modify pricing at any time. Product descriptions are as accurate as possible, but we do not warrant that descriptions are error-free.

2. Pricing & Payment

All prices are in USD. We accept PayPal, Venmo, major credit cards, and cash at our farm stand. A 3% processing fee applies to credit card transactions. We reserve the right to cancel orders where pricing errors have occurred.

3. Agricultural Risk

Fresh produce availability varies by season, weather, and growing conditions. Purple Pepper Farms is not liable for unavailability of specific products due to crop shortfall or environmental factors.

4. CSA Memberships

Farm memberships are non-refundable once issued. Members accept the shared risk of farming, including crop failure, reduced share size, and variety changes. See our full CSA Terms at purplepepperfarms.net/legal.

5. Dropship Products

Certain products (e.g., tropical houseplants) are fulfilled directly by a third-party supplier. Purple Pepper Farms acts as an authorized reseller. Dropship returns and refunds follow the supplier's policy. See our full Dropship Policy at purplepepperfarms.net/legal.

6. Limitation of Liability

Purple Pepper Farms shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our store or products. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the product in question.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Lackawanna County, Pennsylvania.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our store constitutes acceptance.
